Someone else pointed out the one thing this generic for the P10 nasal pillows is missing- the obvious markings that show R & L. So, if you are brand new to the device or have trouble being able to tell, this might not be the generic for you. Personally, the second I put mine on wrong (as it's often dark when I put it on and I can't see those markings anyways) I can tell. The general design of the P10 pillows is supposed to make it kind of obvious when used wrong but everyone has different anatomy. For the average user- these are a great generic to save money. They are double walled like the original. More generics are starting to have this feature lately but alot are still single wall. The size and comfort is just like OEM. Really the only differences are cosmetic.

Four stars as the do what they say, pricing is okay, and except for the text they are as good as OEM.

They fit my p10 mask perfect, very durable, great price for out of pocket. Comfortable to wear doesn't irritate my nares at all.Now the cons the smell of plastic is very overwhelming. I thought maybe if I wash it, it will help, nope smells like a baby doll factory. I just can't get passed the odor. I want to because thrse are so perfect in function and fit. My next step is to book them in water for a few minutes, that might help.

These nasal pillows for the Resmed P10 mask are a great replacement alternative to the Resmed nasal pillows.In terms of fit, comfort, and size these appear to be identical to the OEM versions. It did seem to snap out of the P10 frame a little more stiffly - but once they are in place in the P10 mask I found it impossible to tell the difference between these and the Resmed version.The great thing about it is that it performs exactly as the originals - but at a lower price.

Good quality & feel, and look basically like original. Not exactly, but close. Comfortable after extended wear. Good seal. Functions just as it should. Seems like they are well made and should last. Cleans up well. All in all, just what I wanted and as good as expected. I'd get them again because they work well and are at a good price point.

I ordered this replacement CPAP pillow for my husband who tells me it seems to be every bit as good as the ResMed Air Fit 10 pillow that it replaces - at a more competitive price. Indeed, it's a great copy of the ResMed pillow and snaps into the Air Fit headgear nearly as well as the RedMed version does. Aside from the color difference, it is only slightly less flexible, but perhaps that was because it was brand new. He reports it performed just as well - with no air leaks- during his nights of very restful sleep.
